We've identified Germany as a key strategic market and we're hiring for a German Clinical Lead, who will help us build our business from day 0! Overview of the Role

As a Clinical Lead for Germany, you will be the external face of the company for all of our clinical related matters and growth. Your role will be split between, building the clinical infrastructure to support our marketplace business and developing our clinical expansion strategy alongside the Berlin-based Country Manager. Your mission is to build a great team and product which will transform the German Radiology market. This is a wide ranging role with incredible opportunity for growth.

As the Clinical Lead and radiology expert, you will also be the point-person on all legal and clinical related matters, ensuring clinical responsibilities and requirements are translated into our product offering and website. Your knowledge of the German healthcare system and radiology specific focus will be crucial to the development of our offering and you will work alongside the product team and Country Manager to develop our product to ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation within the German radiology market.

You will also assist supporting the Country Manager on supply-side growth. Using your medical background and relationships within the radiology space in Germany, you will work to build out a network of radiology sites and develop our existing product offering to meet their clinical and radiology-specific workflow requirements.

You will also be the key driver of building out our clinical team in Germany, to support the referrals and interpretation of results. Your role will be to hire an expansive roster of clinicians to support the patient requirements which come through our marketplace. It will be your role to track performance and develop a set-up which is both scalable and sustainable.

Growing the market through a combination of hands-on problem solving and data-driven decisions. You will be leading your own local team, and be responsible for hiring, early product management, growth, monetisation strategies, brand positioning and brand building.

You will be working closely with our Country Manager, Product team and consultants to build out our platform and product offering within Germany. You'll get a lot help and support on the way but you are also expected to hold a an exceptional ability to execute every day, leveraging your medical network and demonstrating business growth.
