straight fwd process with no issues
Easy booking system, followed by a call to make sure correct choice was paid for. Waiting times for scan very reasonable plus you are offered to be put onto cancellation list and have service faster. Very courteous and professional team looks after you when you have the scan. You not only receive imaging and a letter with MRI results, but also a call to discuss your results and make sure that you understand what your results are showing and whether you need to see a specialist. This is an amazing service.

Lovely kind nurses, great explanation of the process and no waitig around.
I didn't have to wait and I got the results in good time. It was worth the money in the climate we now live in. I do think it is awful that this government has allowed the NHS to deteriorate but private medicine is what their aim is.
